  TEXAS GIRL SCOUTS UNITE! May 9, 2026 - Texas State Capitol Join from 1 to 4 pm with us on the Texas State Capitol lawn for a statewide, collaborative celebration of Girl Scout spirit, sisterhood, and song. Our vision is to bring Girl Scouts from every corner of the state together in harmony, to sing traditional Girl Scout songs, trade SWAPS, and showcase the unique traditions and strengths of each council through informational booths, demonstrations, and activities. This event offers a meaningful opportunity to celebrate our shared mission, strengthen inter- council relationships, and create lifelong memories for our girls. Pick up on May 9th at the West Side Leadership at 10am OR Buckee's  on I-35 at 11am.

June 13 - LEARN DIFFERENT FLAG CEREMONY OPTIONS Class of 2026 - Here is a "second chance" to walk your final bridge to adult Girl Scouting and receive your first pin to wear on your adult vest! Each Training Session will be led by an OST Volunteer(s).  Point of contact at the council for each session will be Yvette Garcia.

During the Council's Kick Off Rally for Membership Year (MY) 27, several workshops will be available for co-leaders and troop helpers to register to attend on the Council's website. Our organization will be leading a session(s) on "Girl Scout Traditions and Ceremonies - the WHY we do them and HOW we do them."  

Meet at the Marian Mission Hall. Go to back, behind the main building.
